1. SisterSilk shipping worldwide by flat and express shipping, but flat shipping can't ship to many countries, then please choose other shipping.
2. We try to ship your order in 3 business days if the orders no problem. The pattern printed silk products could take one week. If there is any problem, we will contact you as soon as possible, please keep in contact. Some times your order could be delayed because communication.
3. For the VAT and customs problem, shipping to Europe only can choose "Flat Shipping To EU", it is free of VAT and customs.
4. To fair enough to our customers, we don't provide free shipping. The carrier always charge you handling fee by parcel. There is no free shipping for business, the shipping already included in the price. So if you buy multi items, you will be charged many times handling fee. We charge you shipping by total weight of all the item you ordered one time. No matter how many items you ordered, there only one handling fee by parcel.
5. The delivery time can be vary depends on the situation, it is totally depends the carriers and the customs. If you want your orders urgently, please choose the express shipping and check us the lead time.
